Yeah, I know I scout a lot, it's just because I spend a lot of time on the unscouted submissions page. Besides I only scout people who I think deserve it. I search their images to make sure they're not stolen. I only scout people with one or two images if they've contributed to the art forums and I can see that it's their style. If not, I only scout them if they have multiple pieces.
