Well, technically, the mask was bought a few years back for Halloween for me to be Jason Vorhees. The whole ninja thing came about from a thread entitled "Okay Motherfuckers" (http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/to pic/1092665). It started off there, and then kinda grew from that.
ok you need a sword, or nunchuks, or a hidden wrist blade, or paper ninja stars covered in tin foil lol

I have no nunchaku (unfortunately), but I have those other weapons you've seen me with.
Wrist blades are only in Assassin's creed lol.
Tin foil isn't shiny enough.

Oh okay, so it started from a thread. Thanks for teaching me how to make these paper shurikens. Now I can fight enemies with low cost but effective weapons.
Yeap, started from that thread and then it evolved into me becoming the art forum ninja. Glad I could help you make something useful. Now regular paper is fine, but If you use thicker paper, like bristol board or something, it becomes even more effective.

Maybe I am mental? Besides, without the mask, I'm just a normal guy, and I couldn't do just the hands because the webcam is built into my laptop.
