Love the colour choice here and the sunburst behind the head looks great.
I feel that his right nipple should be a little further to his right.
And the feet could be a tad bigger.

Very nice piece proportionality wise, and I am a big fan of the lighting and colours.
Howeever, it could be cleaned up a bit, as there is a lot of colour splotching and sketchy lines that take something away from the piece.

You probably could have done a lot better if you hadn't done this last minute.
The shading, for what it's worth, is okay, although it needs to be blended a bit better and less splotchy.
Without the context that this was for the M&A contest, there would have been no way to determine that this was a vagina.

It's such a soft piece. Very calm and all.
If you made it a bit wider, it would make a great desktop wallpaper.
