So summer is here. Although I'm working full time, that's completely in the mornings, so I have all this free time in the afternoon (Although I am going to sleep quite early now, because I work from 6 to 2, that's right, 6 in the morning).
So, I've been getting back into artwork and audio. I made a new audio song, a little quickie audio piece, and converted an old audio clip. I've also made a few new art pieces, and put them in my art thread. I'm currently working on a piece for the Newgrounds Castle Collab, but I've yet to start on my Sketchbook Tour piece, but I'll get on top of that soon.

So that's it. It's finished. I made it through my first year of university. Time flew by so fast. Living in residence was one of the best decisions about university. I loved every minute of it, and I loved the people on my floor. I'm sad that I've left them all but I'm also glad that I've made it through first year without going crazy. Best of luck to everyone else still in school and I hope that your school year goes (or went) as well as mine.

I must rush through this post. I'm currently studying for my chemistry exam which is tomorrow at 2:00 in the afternoon.

But this is it my friends. It's exam time at university and I have 4 exams and less than 2 weeks to go of my first year of university. It's been an exciting year, especially living at residence, which has made for a great experience. The year has just flown by and I loved every minute of it.

Well, I must get back to studying. Chemistry is a bitch.

As I write this I have realized that I have become "permanently stuck" to the art threads. I just leave a window open to the art forum and I refresh the page every 10-15 minutes to see if there is anything new happening. What's happening to me?

Oh well, at least I have delicious cake.... HOLY HELL MY CAKE HAS BEEN STOLEN! HEY YOU, GET BACK HERE, GIVE ME BACK MY CAKE!!!

In the last couple of weeks, a strange occurrence has been happening to me. It slowly transformed me, and now I have become something entirely new. I have now become... an ART HEAD. Yes, I have become a common poster on the art forums, providing critiques, feedback and opinions. I would never have guessed that I would have transformed into such, but I guess now that I've started doodling and sketching in university, I have spent more time on the art forums to pick up some new skills, and in return I have shared my knowledge with others.

Well, I've done it. I got the program Reason little over a week ago, and fiddling around to get the hang of it, I wrote my first audio piece. This was promptly converted into mp3 format and submitted to the Audio Portal a few days ago. Check it out for yourselves.

In May, my school held the Spring Fling Music Concert. Now this was my last year of music, since it was my last year of high school, so I decided to do something special. For the end of the concert, I ended the night with my own rendition of "Lean On Me", played and sung by yours truly. I didn't have actualy sheet music for the song, so I basically wrote my own by ear. So if anyone is interested in listening to it, here is the song on Youtube. Hopefully if you listen to it, you will enjoy it.

So Christmas has come, and this year I got an 80gb ipod.

I never really felt the need to have an ipod before, but now since I'm in my last year of high school, and next year I'm off to residence, I figured that now would be the time to get one.

I would like to thank Newgrounds for their "Downloadable" content section. I have downloaded "Metal Gear Awesome", "Pico's Unloaded" and "Salad Fingers" 1 through 7, and they are all now on my ipod. I just hope that they expand the section so that more great movies can be more readily accessed.

Also, I would like to thank the Audio Portal for all of the great music that is produced there. I'm a big video gamer so I have been downloading a lot off of the video game music section in the audio portal. The music is great and I will continue to download more and upload it to my icon.
